Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of one or more books: ‘Alles Mens, Als kanker je partner treft, van Over leven naar Voor leven‘, hereinafter referred to as: ‘the Books’ and other items which may be offered in this Web shop in the future, hereinafter referred to as: ‘the items’.

  1. Shipping

Shipping of one or multiple books will take place within 1 to 5 working days from date of order.

The order will be sent as a package.

  1. Collection

You can choose the option ‘Collect from Helmond’. Collection can only be done by appointment. If you choose this option, we will contact you.

  1. Returns

You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price, including shipping costs within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of the package. Any donation made to Fight Cancer at the time of the book’s order will not be refunded. Returns can only be made, provided the Book or Items have not been used and are in original, intact condition.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the book to us.
