About Manon Rouwette-Janssen

For me the most important words are: international and connection.

INTERNATIONAL COACH AND TRAINER

Following my internationally oriented degree in law, I worked for more than 25 years as a Legal Counsel in Dutch and international business.

Next to that I trained to become a coach and trainer. For several years now I have been working as a certified systemic Life and Job Coach and trainer.  I also offer coaching for teams and organisations.

Moreover I work with the TalentCompass, a beautiful instrument giving insight in how people can progress in their easiest way.

Working internationally / interculturally and connecting with professionals from different backgrounds I find very enriching.

Having migration in my roots I am fascinated in the effects and impact of displacement / migration, which is the reason why I specialised in Transcultural Systemic Coaching and Training.

As The Netherlands and especially the Brainport-region society is getting more and more international I find it beautiful to contribute in bringing people together, being a connecting factor in a good, enriching way.

This also was the reason why I decided to connect with The Holland Expat Center South as an official partner.

A book about the journey my husband and I found ourselves on from the moment he got the inoperable and untreatable cancer diagnosis, to how this, thankfully, took a different turn. In this book, I look back from the ‘here and now’. The impact on our lives was tremendous and is still felt at times.

We have come to understand how strong the power of connection, of hope and of not giving up can be. Many have since been touched by our journey that I describe in the book. This book will help you embrace life to the fullest.
