My experience
I HAVE BEEN THERE, knowing the feelings of frustration, despair and of being stuck when it is difficult to find a job.
In the beginning of my legal career finding a legal job was not easy at all. When I applied for a legal job, I was one of the many hundreds of applicants. I had an impressive CV and yet, it was difficult to find that job. Finally, I managed to find my first legal job and from that moment on, my career started and finding jobs was not difficult anymore.

Next to this, I am specialised as a transcultural systemic expert. I know the impact of a transcultural journey and I can help you with coping with that impact of your journey.

For whom is this programme?
This programme is for internationals / international professionals who are ready for a new approach of the jobmarket and of ‘making a living’: from the inside out, from your goals, your dreams, your WHY etc. It is a programme that can be life changing, that can enable movement on a deeper level. So, to be sure that you get the maximum of this programme you have to be prepared for this effect, be open for a new approach with effects on that deeper level. This means: taking ownership of your career, of realising your dreams, and being FULLY COMMITTED to this, etc.
It always takes a price, not only a financial one. Also a price in the sense that it takes effort as well and ‘the guts’ to be bold and to face for instance the source of limited beliefs -if they are there-. The result however is astonishing: clarity, progress and results you could never dream of in advance.
If you prefer a superficial approach then this programme is not suitable for you.
Why should I choose your programme as I can find lists of ideas on the internet?
Those lists are a good starting point but they do not take into account who YOU really are, what your talents are, your desires.

Good for you! My experience is that this is only a small step and start in a whole process. In my programme we take your job looking process to a deeper level, and include your dreams, your GOLD etc, and we include handling any intercultural differences so that finding the way you want to make a living is much easier for you.

How much time will the programme take?
This really is up to you. You can do it in a couple of hours per week. However, if you want to get the most out of the programme you can of course spend more time in it. Some exercises need some time to ‘land’.
The programme itself will run for 10 weeks, having 1 online meeting per week. If there are any holidays in between the 10 sessions will be in more then 10 week. As soon as the progamme runs, the dates will be communicated.
Is it only meant for internationals that look for a job in The Netherlands?
The practical aspects of applying for a job in The Netherlands we of course be part of this programme. However, as the impact reaches a deeper level, going beyond the specific boundaries of The Dutch labour market, the programme is also suitable for spouses living in a different part of the world, wanting to find their own way of making a living.
I feel guilty if I -as a mother- spend this amount of money just for me.
This is a concern mostly women have. This amount is an investment in YOU, and if you have children, in YOU as a parent and thus in the whole family.
It enables you to find a job sooner and with that salary you will cover the investment.
If we encounter any hindrances in the whole process of looking for a job, we can explore them and tackle them together. I am specialised in this, seeing these hindrances and helping people to overcome them.
If you as a parent are able to overcome them, it will also help your children.
Moreover, your children probably will face difficulties themselves, having a multicultural background. It is beautiful, enriching but can also raise identity questions.
I do not feel as an international professional, as I am out of work for a longer periode. Is this programme suitable for me?

I am a rather shy person in a group. Is this programme suitable for me then?
Yes, absolutely!
We all are different, whether this is culturally or personally, genetic determined.
In The Netherlands in general people are considered to be quite extrovert. However, obsiously this does not apply to everybody.
Nevertheless, if you want to find a job in The Netherlands or want to find your way of living here, then it is a good idea to stimulate yourself in and train yourself, without losing your personal identity. I will offer you a safe environment to do this in my programme.
